Aiming at the advantages of air cushioned vehicles running on soft terrain and referring to the crawling mechanism of crawling pipeline robot,this paper introduces a new type of bionic stepping air cushioned vehicle—push pull air cushioned platform.It also presents the structure design scheme and illustrates the walking principle of straight and steering movement according to the structural characteristics of the platform.

The wear mechanism and characteristics of ceramal tool under applying water solution cooling fluids are studied in this paper.The results show that there are many micro crack elements in tool wear surface by the action of high freguency heat stress alternation.The breakage and drop out of micro crack elements are just the primary wear mechanism of ceramal tool.

Structure and Properties of Hypereutectic Al-16%Si Alloy Functionally Gradient Materials

Hypereutectic Al-16%Si alloy functionally gradient materials (FGM) are made by centrifugal casting method.The gradient distribution law of structure,hardness and wear resistance of the FGM are researched by means of optical microscope and SEM,HV-5 model light load Vickers,and ML 100 model pin disk abrasive wear testing machine.The results show that the primary crystal Si particles segregated to the inside of specimens in centrifugal field because the density of Si is smaller than that of Al alloy melt.The content and size of the primary crystal Si particles decrease gradually until they disappear from inside to outside of the specimens,and change in gradient.The hardness and wear resistance of Al-16%Si alloy FGM decrease gradually from inside to outside of the specimens,and change in gradient.

This paper studies the shape recovery ratio of the welded joints obtained by precision pulse resistance butt welding with the self designed clamp.The research discusses the effect of welding heat,welding press and post heat treatment and cool heat cycle on shape recovery ratio of the welded joints,analyzes the microstructures of the welded joints and obtains the optimum parameters of good shape recovery ratio joint.

The 3-D tool surface description together with the automatic 3-D meshing methods and the contact search is carried out for the FEM numerical simulation of complicated massive forming based on the cubic B-spline.The complex geometry for die cavity and forging surface is described;the spline technique for 3-D mesh generation as well as piecewise mesh generation is proposed and the region section search algorithm is done for the advantages of B-spline such as visualization,localization,generalization,flexibility and adaptation for graphic model.

Curve style recognition is one of the critical technologies in Intelligent CAD for automobile cover panel.Several methods have been developed to calculate the similarity between curves,which classify curves by the coordination of the points on the curves or the area covered by the curves.These methods have given little concentration on the relationship between the shape of the curves and the formability of the cover panel.A new method,which describes the curves with radius of curvature is presented and ANN is used to classify the curves in this paper.It is in the field of Intelligent CAD that the new method is more feasible than the former ones.

This paper presents a method for estimating the upper and lower bounds of eigenvalue for the structures with uncertainties.The uncertain parameters are described by the convex model.A numerical example of frame structure is given to illustrate the efficiency of the method.

The creep experimental studies that have been made to 9 cases with fresh C5-6 intervertebral disc,9 cases fresh T5-6 intervertebral disc,10 cases L4-5 intervertebral disc from the dead injuried on head (age from 19 to 35) are reported in this paper.Stimulated the temperature of human body and acted on 300 N load,the intervertebral creep effects have been messured in the experiments,and obtained strain time curves.

This paper first analyzes the mechanism of process reengineering affecting the measurement of R&D process.On the basis of this,it sets up an evaluating indexes system of the effect of R&D process reengineering and constructs an evaluating model through comprehensive fuzzy assessment.This paper presents an example of application of this method in the end.

A hybrid method using the genetic algorithm(GA) and the error back propagation (BP) algorithm to train structural neural networks is presented and applied to the identification of nonlinear characteristics of packaging cushioning in this paper.A novel adaptive mutation technique and a scheme to shift the training of the network from the GA to the BP algorithm are proposed.The simulated results on the two typical models of packaging cushioning materials show that the nonlinear charateristics can be identified perfectly.This method also provides a feasible way of hybrid training of neural networks.

A Study on Experimental Measuring Methods of Port in Diesel Engine

In order to study the experimental measuring methods of port,three kinds of swirl meters and experimental methods are used on the stationary flow test bench.This paper analyses the laws of in cylinder swirl measuring by the influence of style of swirl meter and measuring position.The measuring value of momentum swirl meter does not fluctuate greatly,and is always higher than that of paddle wheel swirl meter.The measuring value of paddle wheel swirl meter fluctuates greatly according to the movement of measuring position.Moreover,the fluctuation extension of rectangle vane is greater than that of dumbbell vane.Three kinds of experimental methods are compared.Non-dimensional swirl value measured with ricardo experimental method and AVL experimental method is always lower than that with angular momentum method within the full range of valve lift.In addition,the difference is greater while the lift is higher.Swirl value measured with Ricardo experimental method is higher than that with AVL experimental method.

The effect of stabilizing pressure of a stable pressure box with damping line of the air flow is studied in order to measure the pulsate flow ability of air at the intake and exhaust pipes of engine.By such means as changing the diameter ratio of the box and pipe and the volume of the stable pressure box,the effect of the box in different situations is contrasted.

A Model Experimental Study on Anti-adhesion Effect between Dump Truck and Soil by PET Lining

Soil adhesion tests of the dump truck model are completed in this paper.With three different moisture contents soils,the weight of the model equipped with PET lining and non PET lining is measured.The results show that soil adhesion is the heaviest at 20% in moisture content whether the PET lining is installed or not,while consecutive loading times are 8~10 before cleaning.Adhesion soil weight of the model is 50% of the gross capacity for non PET lining model,and is less than 5% for installing PET lining model.

Analysis of Microbe-obstructability of Aseptic Isolator

In this paper,the structure of the aseptic packaging aseptic isolator is analyzed,and the conditions to ensure that there are no microbes in the aseptic isolator are studied.In order to ensure microbe obstructability of the three dimensional turbulent flow field in an aseptic isolator,a new analysis method is put forward. Through appropriate theoretical calculations,the authors establish the function of the aseptic gas flow velocity,the beginning velocity of the dust or the waterdrop and the thickness of the aseptic gas curtain.At the same time,a vast amount of experimental data are obtained from several corresponding model tests to find the least amount of the aseptic gas and satisfying thickness of the aseptic gas curtain.

According to the further study of the rare earth lifting permanent magnet and the summary of the industrial prototypes,a systematic design theory has been established in this paper.Two regulations of the design of magnetic circuit are discussed,one is that the lifting permanent magnets beginning work point should lie on the point of the maximum magnetic energy product or a bit lower than that in the degenerative magnet curve,so as to raise the lifting ratio(the weight of attracted body/the weight of permanent magnetic bodies);the other is that the different performance permanent magnetic bodies should adapt to different kinds of magnetic circuits to low the cost ratio(the cost of permanent magnetic bodies/the weight of attracted body).

In view of the significant variation of damping material properties with temperature and frequency,it is difficult to achieve optimum performance when the damping materials to control noise are used.And the effectiveness of this treatment is limited to a narrow range.In this paper,the authors describe a new treatment which is a hybrid between active and passive damping.The research describes the feasibility of this treatment with the example of controlling the sound radiation from a plate into an three dimensional acoustic cavity.
