Shift Decision Method of Construction Machinery Based on Fuzzy Neural Network

Abstract: A shift decision method based on the technology of Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN) has been put forward in the paper,which can be applied to determining which gear of transmission box should be performed according to the on site operation of construction vehicles.The relevant simulation study on the structure of FNN has been carried out with the help of the data acquired from the fuzzy shift decision experiment done previously on test bench equipped with the power train of ZL50 wheel loader.The result of simulation shows that FNN shift decider can realize the gear selection of transmission box correctly with the shift strategy learned from performance by itself.
