Extenics theory for reliability assessment of carrier helicopter based on analytic hierarchy process

Abstract: A matter-element model based on the matter-element of extencis theory was built for the reliability assessment of carrier helicopter. The relevance function of the evaluated carrier helicopter was calculated through the relevance function of extendible set theory. The weights of indexes in the matter-element model were defined by introducing the analytic hierarchy process, therefore, the reliability grade of the carrier helicopter and relevance degree can be obtained. The carrier helicopters were used as examples to further illustrate that it is possible to use analytic hierarchy process to define the weights of indexes, at the same time, it is proved that the results are scientific and reasonable.
