Electro-Controlled Gas Injection of Natural Gas/Diesel Dual-Fuel Engine

In this paper,an electro controlled natural gas injection system is successfully designed and described.It includes the mode of gas injection,the mode of the control and the structure of the control system.Experiments of the dual fuel engine with the system have proved that electronically controlled natural gas injection can improve the performance and combustion of the dual fuel engine,especially the combustion velocity,fuel economy,combustion stability and emissions.

Shift Decision Method of Construction Machinery Based on Fuzzy Neural Network

A shift decision method based on the technology of Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN) has been put forward in the paper,which can be applied to determining which gear of transmission box should be performed according to the on site operation of construction vehicles.The relevant simulation study on the structure of FNN has been carried out with the help of the data acquired from the fuzzy shift decision experiment done previously on test bench equipped with the power train of ZL50 wheel loader.The result of simulation shows that FNN shift decider can realize the gear selection of transmission box correctly with the shift strategy learned from performance by itself.

GA-based Optimization of Transition Region for Section Forming

Transition region design is the key technique of sheet section forming.Transition region design is an issue of optimization.In this paper,a method for transition region design based on Genetic Algorithms(GA) is proposed and the basic steps on designing transition region with GA is discussed.Experiments show that transition region designed with GA can effectually restrain defects of section forming and improve forming efficiency.

The hydraulic mouldshelf of closing mould forging,design of hydraulic pressure system and optimum design of cylinder body are introduced.This mouldshelf has been used in closing mould forging of star form case in equal speed universal coupling in cars.The experiment result shows that this mouldshelf is effective in the strength,rigidity and working stability.

A Self-adaptive Method of Bone Remodeling Simulating Mecha-sensory Transduction Mechanism at the Cellular Level

In the paper,the authors try to develop a self adaptive control model method according to physiological characteristics of bone.The method based on the present mecha sensory transduction mechanism at the cellular level,embodies the processes of cells in bone directly and indirectly accepting mechanical stimulation of bone remodeling and the physiological hypothesis of the function of cellular network.The method also develops the physiological processes of bone remodeling of local adaptation under global regulation,and makes bone structural strain to be controlled not to surpass the physiologically limiting strain.The self adaptive equation of bone remodeling connects the quantified change of macrostructure with mecha sensory transduction mechanism at the cellular level.The self adaptive physiological control model of bone remodeling with physiologically limiting strain is consistent with the physiological processes of bone remodeling,and is tested by calculated example.

Mechanism Exploration and Effects of Electrostatic Field on Comprehensive Biological Characteristics of Mung Bean Seeds

The uniform high pressure electrostatic field with different strengths is applid to Mung bean seeds.It is required for the experiment to observe the germination of Mung seeds,to count the germination rate and vitality index of Mung seeds,to analyse the plumule drought resistance,to measure the soak conductivity,seed anylase or peroxidases,and to analyse its mechanism,after the seeds are processed with the different strenghts electrostatic field.The experiment proves that after processed through the proper electrostatic field,the soak conductivity of Mung bean seeds can be reduced obviously,and the vitality of anylase and peroxidases can be increased remarkably.And the germination rate of the corresponding seeds,the vitality rate of Mung bean sprouts,and its drought resistance property can be increased remarkably.However,the effects are different for the electrostatic field with different strengths.When the field strength is 4 kV/cm,the comprehensive effects of the electrostatic field on Mung bean germination and sprout growth will reach the optimization.When the field strenght is 2 kV/cm and 5kV/cm,the sprout ability of drought resistance will be promoted obviously.When the field strength is 7 kV/cm,the germination and the drought resistance ability of Mung bean seeds will be restrained.

The technique of non parametric production frontiers is used to study the production efficiencies,output expansion,measurement and decomposition of output oriented production resource allocation efficiency when output disposability and economic property of production scale are taken into account.The output efficiencies composed of scale efficiency,disposability,pure technical efficiency of output are put forward according to the technical efficiencies on the given conditions.

The authors first construct the graph of China's national economic structure and industrial structure system first.Then the authors find that the industrial structure has "double features".Based on the finding,they put forward the following concepts and connotations:"internal structure"and "external structure" Moreover,they construct the physics analysis model and numerical analysis model about industrial structure.Finally,the authors design the analysis path about industrial structure optimizing and updating and its optimizing program pattern.

The paper discusses the optimum process and result of applying pattern recognition and optimum technique in the third atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of the Oil extraction Plant of Da Qing Petroleum Chemical Plant.The yield efficiency of light oil has been raised 0.43% and the yield efficiency of lub oil has raised 0.26%.The economic benefit has been raised ?3683200 yuan per year.

Based on mathematics patterns,engine working processes have been simulated so that the performance can be estimated and predicted under several parameter change and variation.The calculation of the parameters during boosting process is done based on the analysis of the combustion processes and load variation.The turbocharger characteristic coefficient can be defined by iteration and interpolation procedures.The proper compression ratio and ignition advance are proved to be of important role to its performance.And the excessive air coefficient is related to the engine boost pressure and exhaust temperature.

In order to realize information integration of CAD/CAPP and improve practicality and flexibility of CAPP system,this research develops the CAPP system that has part information integration.This paper puts forward an overall frame of CAPP system and introduces a method of drawing part information from CAD.A part information model based on the feature is established.This paper also introduces the theory and realizing method of process planning design based on case studies.

This disseration proves that the g-r noise,a kind of low frequency noise of transistor,is Nongaussion distribution and then gives a new method through computing higher order cumulant of low-frequecy noise of transistor to distinguish g-r noise.Experiments show this method is correct.

This paper uses the method of template comparison to verify cultural relics.This technology can be applied to various areas such as departments of public security and customhouses.To address the problem of extracting feature of similar objects,the Radon transform method can extract directional projection features which reserve enough identification information.Furthermore,the features are compressed by wavelet descriptor which does not affect the effect of identification.This algorithm has high identification percentage and strong robustness.

This paper presents a improved learning control algorithm in switched reluctance motors(SRM) for torque ripple reduction with a CMAC neural network.Based on maintaining the advantage of the original agorithm the approach allows the generation of optimal current profiles in terms of minimizing torque ripple and copper loss as the motor operates at low speeds,and of minimizing torque ripple,copper loss and rate of change of current as the motor runs at high speeds.

Two dimensional surface impact can be simplified into general point impact and mixed solution method of point impact equation are produced in this paper.Slide and rotation process of car accident after collision and equivalent adhesion coefficient are illustrated.Finally a practical accident example is calculated by simplified computer program compiled by the authors.

Ground source heat pump(GSHP) system can provide heating and cooling with higher efficiency and cleaner environment,by means of the un exploitative utilization of shallow ground energy source(soil,groundwater,surfacewater,and surplus energy produced by industry and human living).Ground energy source substituting conventional energy source(air source)in the heat pump,has a reverse temperature change state(warm in winter and cold in summer),a small temperature variation,and big storage of energy.It can attain regeneration of energy and GSHP systems realize green,clean environment.Furthermore,the GSHP systems can be used in the north (cold climate),and can provide heating and cooling with the same system and equipment.This paper summarizes the development of GSHP system in the world and the feasibility of its utilization in the northern districts of China.
