Reliability model of CNC machine tools based on non-homogenous poisson process

Abstract:

This paper first implemented trend test on the multi-sample random censored field data of the CNC machine tools based on Total Time on Test method,on the basis that the failure process is bathtub curve,the model of non-homogeneous poisson process was built.Then the parameters of the intensity function was estimated using maximum likelihood estimation method,and the related indexes of the CNC machine tools under the non-homogeneous poisson process was obtained.This paper took field data of 6 machining centers as an example,building the reliability model of the non-homogeneous poisson process.
