Multi-objective reliability based on robust optimization design for vehicle leaf spring

Abstract:

To improve the safety and robustness of vehicle leaf spring,a large-dimensional multi-objective model was given for vehicle leaf spring with the reliability robust optimization theory and multi-objective decision making methods.Further more,a multi-objective particle swarm algorithm based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was proposed to improve solution accuracy of model.And the global best and personal best of particle swarm algorithm are selected by AHP theory.comparing with traditional methods,the proposed method for reliability robust optimization design with large-dimensional multi-objective model can obtain the information of vehicle leaf spring on reliability robust optimization design accurately and quickly.
