细胞间黏附分子异常表达与喉癌生物学特性的关系

摘要: 目的:研究喉癌组织中细胞间黏附分子 (intercellular adhesion molecule-1 ,ICAM-1)的表达与喉癌侵袭力的关系。 方法:采用免疫组化技术对52例喉癌组织ICAM-1的表达进行检测,并进行统计学分析。 结果:ICAM-1的异常表达随着喉癌的临床分期及癌组织病理分级递增呈下降趋势(P<0.05) 。 结论:ICAM-1的缺乏易使癌细胞侵润及转移,故喉癌组织中的ICAM-1在肿瘤浸润过程中起关键作用,可作为病理诊断及判断预后的指标。

Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) expression and invasiveness in laryngeal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry technique (LSAB method) was performed to detect the expression of ICAM-1 in laryngeal cancer tissue from 52 patients, the results were statistically analyzed. Results The abnormal expression of ICAM-1 had negative correlation with the clinical stage and pathological grade of laryngeal cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion The deficienty of ICAM-1 can induce invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancer, it can be an important marker of the pathological diagnosis and prognosis.
