苦碟子口服液对小鼠及大鼠学习记忆的影响

Effects of KuDieZi oral liquid on studyand memory functions in mice and rats

摘要: 目的:探讨苦碟子口服液(KDZOL)对学习记忆方面的影响。 方法:用东莨菪碱破坏小鼠和大鼠的学习记忆,以益智健脑口服液(YZJNOL)为阳性对照药,通过小鼠跳台法、大鼠水迷宫法,观察KDZOL对正常小鼠和大鼠学习记忆的影响及对东莨菪碱所致小鼠和大鼠学习记忆损害的防治作用。 结果:对正常小鼠,KDZOL 10、20 g•kg-1组与正常对照组比较,第1天跳台实验的错误次数明显减少,第2天重复测试错误次数及错误发生的潜伏期无明显差异;对东莨菪碱所致学习记忆损害的小鼠,KDZOL 20 g•kg-1组与模型组比较,第1天跳台实验的错误次数、第2天重复测试错误次数及错误发生的潜伏期差异显著,KDZOL10 g•kg-1组与模型组比较,第1天跳台实验的错误次数明显减少;对正常大鼠及东莨菪碱所致学习记忆损害的大鼠,KDZOL各组与模型组比较,大鼠水迷宫学会次数无明显差异。 结论:KDZOL能改善正常小鼠及东莨菪碱损害小鼠的学习记忆回避的能力,对正常大鼠及东莨菪碱损害大鼠的空间辨别能力无明显改善。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of KuDieZi oral liquid(KDZOL) on study and memory functions. Methods By methods of escape response and water labyrinth, with YiZiJanNao oral liquids(YZJNOL) as positive drug, the effects of KDZOL on study and memory functions in normal mice and rats,and injured mice and rats by scopolamine. Results Compared with normal mice, KDZOL(10 and 20 g•kg-1) reduced wrong time of mice escape response on the 1st day and had no effects on wrong time and wrong incubation of mice on the 2nd day;compared with mice injured by scopolamine, KDZOL(20 g•kg-1) reduced mice wrong time on the 1st day and wrong time on the 2nd day, and prolonged wrong incubation period on the 2nd day,KDZOL(10 g•kg-1) reduced mice wrong time on the 1st day; KDZOL did not influence the knowing swimming time of normal rats and injured rats by scopolamine in the labyrinth. Conclusion KDZOL can improve study and memory functions in normal mice and injured mice by scopolamine, and KDZOl can not improve space distinguishing ability in normal rats and injured rats by scopolamine.
