人脑豆状核三维重建及其质心、体积的测量

摘要: 目的:重建人脑豆状核三维图像,并测量豆状核及其各部分的体积和质心数据,为神经外科行豆状核部位脑立体定向手术时正确选择靶点、靶道提供解剖学依据。方法:对冰冻人体颅脑标本行间隔1 mm断层切片,数码摄影,用自制软件对含豆状核的层面行轮廓线的提取,并进行三维重建。结果:三维重建图像能旋转、剖割及拆分,图像轮廓清晰、方便测量。同时确定大脑原点为连合间径线的中点,通过坐标平移,得到豆状核及各部分质心的坐标值。左侧豆状核体积为(7 720.927±0.4)mm3;右侧豆状核体积为(8 000.662±0.7)mm3;左侧豆状核质心坐标(-20.091 0±0.4)、(-8.432 0±0.2)和(11.235 7±0.3)mm,右侧豆状核质心坐标(21.679 8±0.4)、(-10.701 1±0.4)和(5.350 4±0.5)mm。结论:豆状核的三维重建是人体数字化工程的一部分,其质心的测量为临床打靶治疗帕金森病、舞蹈病提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract: To get the three-dimensional images and determine the data of the centroid and the volume of the lenticular nucleus(putamen and pallidus included). Methods A frozen human brain was cut into 190 sections with 1-millimeter-thick and photographs were taken with digital camera.Then the border line in layers that contained the lenticular nucleus was drawn with self-made software and three-dimensional reconstruction was performed. Results The three-dimensional reconstruction image could be rotated,cut and was easy to measure.The midpoint of intercomissural distance was considered as original point of brain and then the centroid coordinates of the lenticular nucleus,putamen and pallidus through coordinate transformation were obtained.The volume of the left lenticular was (7 720.927±0.4)mm3,the right was (8 000.662±0.7)mm3.The centroid coordinates of the left lenticular nucleus was (-20.091 0±0.4)mm,(-8.432 0±0.2)mm,(11.235 7±0.3)mm;the right was(21.679 8±0.4)mm,(-10.701 1±0.4)mm,(5.350 4±0.5)mm.Conclusion The three-dimen sional reconstruction of the lenticular nucleus is a part of the Project of Digital Human Body.The measurement of the centroid coordinates can make a theoretical basement for the aimed treatment of Parkinson’s disease and Dancing disease.
