人参皂苷Rg3联合X射线照射对黑色素瘤细胞生长的抑制作用

Suppressive effects of ginsenoside Rg3 combined with X-ray irradiation on growth of melanoma cells

摘要: 目的:观察人参皂苷Rg3联合X射线照射对黑色素瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法:建立黑色素瘤C57BL/6J小鼠动物模型,观察Rg3联合照射对小鼠体内肿瘤生长的影响;通过黑色素瘤B16细胞体外培养,观察Rg3对其细胞受照后存活率的影响。结果:小鼠接种B16细 胞第6天,Rg3给药组肿瘤体积明显缩小,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.001);照射后12 d,照射组和给药加照射组肿瘤均明显缩小,后者缩小更为显著(P<0.05);同时,Rg3联合X线照射使其细胞存活率下降,与其他3组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Rg3具有抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用,联合X射线照射对抑瘤具有放射增敏作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the suppressive effects of ginsenoside Rg3 combined with X-ray irradiation on the growth of melanoma B16 cells. Methods C57BL/6J mice implanted with melanoma B16 cells were used as models. The volume of tumor in the mice in vivo and the survival rate of B16 cells in vitro treated with Rg3 combined with irradiation were observed. Results As compared with control, the tumor volume in the mice in the Rg3 group reduced significantly 6 d after im plantion with B16 cells (P<0.001); the volume in the irradiation group and the Rg3 plus irradiation group all reduced 12 d after irradiation, the latter reduced more significantly (P<0.05). Meanwhile,Rg3 combined with irradiation decreased significantly the survival rate of B16 cells as compared with the other 3 groups. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 could suppress the growth of melanoma, B16 cells and increase its radiosensitivity
