摘要：

目的：观察酸柏栀油软胶囊(COJAG)对雌性去势大鼠血液流变性和血脂的作用，以及对雌性激素、体质量和脏器指数的影响。方法：45只已行双侧卵巢切除术的雌性大鼠，分为COJAG高、中、低剂量组，雌激素组，模型组；另取10只大鼠作为假手术组，均进行雌二醇(E2)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、血脂、血液流变性、体质量及脏器指数的测定。结果：与模型组比较，COJAG组大鼠血清E2水平显著增高（P<0.01），FSH和LH水平降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）；血清TG、TC、LDL-C及TC/HDL-C水平降低（P<0.05），HDL-C水平增高（P<0.05）；体质量显著降低，胸腺、垂体、子宫和肾上腺等脏器指数显著增加（P<0.05或P<0.01）；高、中、低切变率下的全血黏度(ηb)和血浆黏度(ηp)降低（P<0.05），血沉（ESR)加快(P<0.05），红细胞压积（Hct）、纤维蛋白原（Fib)减少(P<0.05）。结论：COJAG可降低血脂，改善血液流变性，减轻体质量，增加脏器指数，作用可能与其增加雌激素水平和/或富含多不饱和脂肪酸有关。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Soft Capsule of Compound Oil of Jujube,Arboruitae,and Gardenia (COJAG) on serum estrogen hormone,blood rheology,blood fats,as well as body weight and viscera indexes in castrated female rats. Methods 45 bilateral oophorectomy female rats were divided into COJAG high,middle and low doses groups,estrogen group,and model group; other 10 rats were used as sham operation group. The blood fats,blood rheology,body weight,viscera indexes,serum estrodiol,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were determined. Results Compared with model group, the serum E2 was significantly increased (P<0.01),FSH (P<0.05) and LH (P<0.01) were reduced; TG,TC,LDL,and C/HDL-C were significantly reduced (P<0.05),HDL-C was increased (P<0.05); the body weight of the female castrated rats was significantly reduced and their thymus,pituitary,uterus,adrenal and other organs’ viscera indexes were increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The ηb and ηp in high,middle and low shear rates of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity were significantly lowered (P<0.05),ESR was speeded up (P<0.05),and the Hct and Fib were lowered (P<0.05) in the female castrated rats in COJAG groups. Conclusion COJAG can decrease blood fat,improve blood rheology,reduce weight,and increase viscera index; these roles are probably related to the increase of estrogen content in blood and(or) its rich polyunsaturated fatty acids.
