Expression of connective tissue growth factor-mRNAin experimental hepatic fibrosis

摘要: 目的:观察CTGF-mRNA在实验性肝纤维化小鼠肝脏中的表达及其意义。 方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测52只实验性肝纤维化雄性昆明种小鼠肝脏中CTGF基因表达水平。 结果:肝纤维化小鼠CTGF基因表达水平显著高于正常小鼠(P<0.01),并与肝纤维化程度呈正相关(r=0.582, P<0.01)。 结论:在实验性肝纤维化小鼠肝脏中CTGF-mRNA的表达水平明显上调,提示CTGF在肝纤维化激活及调控中具有重要作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)-RNA in mouse experimental hepatic fibrosis and its significance. Methods The liver tissue gene levels of CTGF were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in 52 male Kunming mice with experimental hepatic fibrosis. Results The expression levels of CTGF were higher in hepatic fibrosis group than those in control group, they were closely associated with hepatic fibrosis development (r=0.582, P<0.01). Conclusion The mRNA expression of CTGF is remarkably up-regulated in mouse hepatic fibrosis. This result indicates that CTGF plays an important role in the activation and domination of hepatic fibrosis.
