Abstract:

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment experience, and standardization of diagnosis of 1 case of abdominal cocoon, and to review the literature about diagnosis and treatment of abdominal cocoon. Methods Early diagnosis of digestive diseases was performed with abdominal plain film, gastrointestinal angiography and abdominal CT examination, and surgical treatment and postoperative pathological diagnosis were in time. Results The patient was treated with open operation, intraoperative suture of small bowel perforation bowel, and blunt sharp separation combined with small intestine surface hard cellulose;patient recovered well postoperatively;the postoperatively pathological diagnosis was abdominal cocoon. Conclusion The diagnosis for the patients with suspected abdominal cocoon the postoperatively pathological could depend on the imaging examination such as abdominal plain film or CT combination with symptoms and signs, and surgical treatment timely is an effective method, which can save the patient's life.
