环境温度变化对机床基础热变形的影响规律

摘要: 在周期性热传导和弹性地基梁的基础上,分析了环境温度变化对机床基础热变形的影响规律。结果表明,随着基础深度的增加,基础温度分布为呈负指数规律递减的简谐波,且变形主要集中在距基础两端距离为π/(2β)以内。为此,本文提出双层基础这一新结构,使上层基础处于非主要变形区,且使其自重变形能够自动补偿环境温度变化引起的热变形,从而提高了机床的加工精度及其稳定性。

Abstract: This article analyzes effects of environmental temperature on deformation of machine tool foundations on the basis of periodic heat conduction and elastic beam.It shows that foundation temperature decreases with the increase of depth in terms of negative exponent and cosine wave,and its deformation occurs when the distance is π/2β less than that foundation ends.Therefore,a new double self governed foundation is presented to make upper foundation locate on non-deformation region and its gravitational deformation compensate heat deformation automatically.As a result,machining precision of machine tools and stability can be improved greatly.
