气辅成型延迟时间与气指的关系

摘要: 主要研究了气辅成型中气体注入延迟时间的变化对制品内部产生气指的影响。采用数值模拟和实验验证相结合的方法,通过改变气体注射延迟时间来测量气道附近产生气指的程度。研究结果表明:在其他工艺条件不变的情况下,随着延迟时间和熔体注射量的增加,制品内部气指指幅和指长明显减小。

Abstract: The effect of delayed-time on gas fingering was investigated.Combining the numerical simulation with the experiment, the change of the delayed-time was used to measure the change of the gas fingering behaviors. The experiment results are in agreement with that obtained by the numerical simulation.Results show that gas fingering behavior decreases as delayed-time increases.
