柴油机分配泵电控系统的标定

Calibration on electronic control system of diesel distribution pump

摘要: 针对柴油机不同的运行工况提出了不同的标定目标:起动工况起动顺畅、污染小;怠速工况运行平稳、排放低;排放法规考察工况严格限制排放;其他工况有好的经济性等。试验在装有VP37电控分配泵的柴油机上进行。经过大量台架试验优化,较详细地分析了管理系统内部控制参数对柴油机性能的影响,并根据不同的优化目标确定了VP37的基本控制MAP。标定优化后的柴油机各项性能得到了整体提高,并且通过了严格的欧ⅢESC稳态循环测试。

Abstract: Specified calibration targets were put forward against different operating conditions of the diesel engine:engine starting should be reliable and smooth without over fuel supply, engine idling should be stable with low rpm; under the operating conditions corresponding regulated emission test cycle, the emission levels should be limited strictly; and the diesel engine should have good fuel economy in the whole opeating field. The tests were performed on a diesel engine equipped with a VP37 electronic controlled distribution pump. The effects of pump control parameters on the diesel performance and emissions were investigated experimentally during a series of optimized tests, and the basis control maps for the pump, including the fuel injection quantity map and the injection timing map, were achieved in terms of the different optimized targets. The performances of the tested engine were obviously improved after control optimization and the exhaust emissions are within the Euro Ⅲ ESC limits.
