水玻璃凝胶增强泡沫体系的性能

摘要: 对一种可用于强非均质油藏深部调剖的水玻璃凝胶泡沫体系的成胶特性、微观结构及在岩心中的封堵特性进行了研究。实验结果表明:盐酸与污泥的反应在密闭条件下是一个平衡反应,且其反应速度随初始压力的增加呈指数降低;体系的胶凝时间随着pH值的降低而增加。由于体系的泡径小,界面膜的强度高,因而水玻璃凝胶增强泡沫体系的封堵效果明显优于普通泡沫体系。

Abstract: A kind of waterglassgel enhanced foam system used in the deep profile control of typical heterogeneous reservoir was investigated on its gelling feature, microstructure, and plugging performance in the rock core. Experimental results show that the reaction between hydrochloric acid and sludge under airtight condition is an equilibrium reaction, the reaction rate decreases exponentially with the increase of the initial pressure, the system gelling time increases with the decrease of the pH value, and the plugging performance of the waterglassgel enhanced foam system is superior to that of ordinary foam system due to the small foam diameter and high interfacial film strength.
