EEC对灵芝发酵和清除自由基活性的影响

Effects of EEC on fermentation and on free radical scavenging capacity of Ganoderma lucidum

摘要: 采用液体深层培养方式,研究了中药薏苡仁水提醇溶物(EEC)对灵芝的细胞生长、活性物质产量和清除自由基能力的影响。结果表明:薏苡仁提取物在添加剂量分别为6、10和14 mg·L-1时,灵芝生物量、灵芝多糖和灵芝酸的产量分别提高到10.19 ± 0.51、0.72 ± 0.03和0.12 ± 0.01 g· L-1;与未添加薏苡仁提取物的对照相比,分别提高了14.6%、34.21%和254.2 %。另外,薏苡仁提取物在添加剂量为14 mg·L-1时,对灵芝清除两种自由基活性都有促进作用,尤其是超氧阴离子比对照提高了61.6%。结果表明:薏苡仁提取物EEC可显著促进灵芝细胞生长和产物形成,并增强灵芝提取物清除自由基的能力。

Abstract: The effects of Coix lachrymaljobi extract (EEC) on the mycelia growth, bioactive substance production and antioxide activity of Ganoderma lucidum in submerged fermentation were investigated. Addition of EEC at the level of 6 mg·L-1 led the biomass yields to increase from 8.29 ± 0.32 g·L-1 to 10.19 ± 0.51 g·L-1. The maximal yields, 0.72 ± 0.03 g·L-1, of polysaccharides was obtained at EEC concentration of 10 mg·L-1, and the maximal yields, 0.12±0.01 mg·L-1, of ganoderic acid was obtained at EEC concentration of 14 mg·L-1. Comparing with no EEC the increases in biomass, polysaccharides and ganoderic acid yields were 14.6%, 34.21% and 254.2%, respectively. The addition of EEC at the level of 14 mg·L-1 also enhanced the free radical scavenging activity of Ganoderma lucidum, particularly the activity on superoxide anion radical, and the maximal inhibition rate reached 43.2±0.21%, which is about 61.6% higher than that with no EEC.So EEC could visibly enhance the growth,production and activity of scavenging free radical of Glucidum.
