用于电动轮驱动汽车的差动助力转向

摘要:

根据电动轮汽车的各轮独立驱动特点,提出一种针对电动轮汽车的新型助力转向方式。着重讨论了差动助力转向的基本原理和可行性。应用Matlab及Simulink建立了整车和转向系模型,给出了目标扭矩分配的特性曲线及左右转向轮的扭矩输出的控制算法,并进行了仿真验证。结果表明:对于电动轮驱动汽车,所提出的差动助力转向方法满足了转向轻便和驾驶路感要求,可以在保留传统机械转向系的前提下,成功应用于四轮独立驱动的电动汽车,提高电动轮汽车整车性能优势并降低成本。

Abstract:

A novel power assisted steering system was proposed for the electric vehicle(EV) with electric motored wheels which features the independent driving of individual wheel. With focus on the differential assisted steering(DAS) system, its working principles were introduced and its feasibility was discussed. A dynamics model for the vehicle including the steering system was built based on Matlab/Simulink. The characteristic curve of the target torque distribution and the control algorithm for the torque output of left and right steering wheels were presented and simulated. The results show that the proposed DAS system meets the demands of the EV with electric motored wheels on the steering maneuverability and the road feel during driving. So, it may be applied on the 4wheel independent motored EV on condition that the traditional mechanical structure of the steering system is maintained. The proposed DAS system enhances the performance of the whole EV with motored wheels and is characterized by reduced cost and complexity.
