摘要: 研究了水溶性冷却液浇注冷却条件下,高速车铣D 60钢时金属陶瓷刀具的磨损机理和磨损特性。结果表明,由于高频交变热应力的作用,在刀具磨损区表层有大量的微小龟裂单元形成,这些龟裂单元的破碎脱落是刀具磨损的主要原因。

Abstract: The wear mechanism and characteristics of ceramal tool under applying water solution cooling fluids are studied in this paper.The results show that there are many micro crack elements in tool wear surface by the action of high freguency heat stress alternation.The breakage and drop out of micro crack elements are just the primary wear mechanism of ceramal tool.
