摘要:

详细论述了荧光发生斯托克位移(Stoke's shift)的机理,运用荧光的斯托克位移现象确定激发光源的波长范围,为干涉滤光片的镀膜工艺提供了依据.并介绍了新近研制成功的医用定量荧光强度测试仪的测量原理、数学模型以及光学上的关键技术.最后指出了该仪器的应用前景.

Abstract:

Principle of fluorescence of Stoke's shift is discussed in details.Based on the principle,range of exciting wavelength is determined which may improve coating technology.Accordingly,a recently developed fluorometry and it's measured principle,mathematics model,key technology of optics are described.Moreover,the future application of fluorometry is pointed.
