Nd/Si共掺钇铝石榴石粉体的制备及其性能表征

摘要: 采用乙醇作为溶剂,通过溶剂热法在低温(270 ℃)低压(18.2 MPa)条件下合成了Nd/Si共掺的钇铝石榴石(YAG)粉体。利用XRD、TEM、发射光谱和吸收光谱等测试手段对产物微观形态和晶体结构进行了表征研究。在270 ℃下保温4 h可以得到粒径为200~300 nm的球形单分散YAG粉体,粒度比较均匀。粉体的发射光谱与Nd:YAG透明陶瓷的发射光谱近似一致。晶格常数、发射光谱和吸收光谱的结果表明,Nd与Si已掺入YAG晶格中。热处理条件与Nd和Si的掺杂对粉体的光学性质具有显著影响。

Abstract: Singlephase Nd/Sidoped YAG powder was synthesize at lower temperature(270 ℃) and lower pressure(18.2 MPa) via a solvothermal method by using ethanol as the solvent. The resulting YAG powder was characterized by XRD, TEM and PL. The dispersed powders were obtained in spherical shape with a narrow particle size distribution of 200~300 nm. PL spectrum of Nd/Si CoDoped powder is almost the same as that of Nd: YAG ceramics. It can be concluded that the doping and annealing conditions affect on optical character significantly.
