Steady characteristic of surface temperature of tire of middle duty truck

Abstract: The real time infrared measurement system for testing surface temperature of a high rolling tire was used to study the steady properties of surface temperature of CA1092 truck.The system consists of the high rolling tire test drum,M90B infrared thermometer and its clamp,and can only test one direction at one times.The formula between the highest temperature rise of the tire and tire speed is gained through regression analysis,and some useful conclusions are obtained by tests.The results lay the foundation for studying the temperature distribution and explosive mechanism of a high rolling tire.
