Segmented linear temperature control system of oil flash-point measuring instrument

Abstract: The segmented linear temperature control system is the key part of oil flash point measuring instrument.It′s the key link to guarantee the oil flash point testing condition.This paper puts forward a control method which uses a whole cycle wave as the minimum adjustment quantity and distributes the wave uniformly to realize the temperature increase linearly.Through testing and application,the performance of segmented linear temperature control system is proved to meet the demand of national standard GB/T3536 83,and it shows the advantage of high precision and good linearity.
