KCNJ10基因多态性与精神分裂症的关系

Association between KCNJ10 gene polymorphism and schizophrenia

摘要: 目的:探讨KCNJ10基因多态性与精神分裂症的关系。 方法:应用PCR-RFLP方法在90个中国北方汉族精神分裂症患者及其健康父母双亲组成的核心家系中检测单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs1186679位点的基因型。结果:rs1186679基因型频率的分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;单倍型相对风险分析(HRR)结果显示rs1186679位点与精神分裂症无关联(χ2=0.775, P>0.05);传递不平衡检验(TDT)结果表明,杂合父母传递给受累子女与非传递等位基因频率分布差异无显著性(χ2 =1.025,P>0.05)。结论:在中国北方汉族人群中KCNJ10基因位点上的rs1186679与精神分裂症可能无关联。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the association between KCNJ10 gene polymorphism and schizophrenia.Methods PCR based on restriction fragment length polymo rphism (PCR-RFLP) assay was used to detect the genotype of rs1186679 locus on K CNJ10 among 90 Chinese Han family trios consisting of fathers, mothers and affec ted offsprings with schizophrenia. Results The goodness-of-fit chi-square test showed that the genotypic distribution of rs1186679 didn′t deviate from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Haplotype relative risk (HRR) test did not show a genetic association bet ween rs1186679 and schizophrenia (χ2=0.775, P>0.05). Transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) did not show a significant biased transmission from pa rents to affected offsprings (χ2 =1.025, P>0.05). Conclusion The rs1186679 locused on KCNJ10 has no association w ith schizophrenia in Chinese Han people.
