白藜芦醇对小鼠肝癌细胞株H22和胃癌细胞株MFC的抑制作用

摘要: 目的:探讨白藜芦醇对小鼠肝癌细胞株H22及小鼠胃癌细胞株MFC的抑制作用。方法:采用小鼠腋下接种肿瘤细胞悬液,分别给予大、中、小剂量白藜芦醇溶液灌胃,观察肿瘤生长改变。结果:白藜芦醇10、3和1 mg• kg-1组对H22的抑瘤率分别为53.3%、54.1%和47.0%,对MFC的抑瘤率分别为64.3%、60.5%及47.4%。结论:白藜芦醇对H22、MFC的生长具有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the inhibitory effects of resveratrol (RES) on H22 and MFC in mice. Methods After inoculating tumor cell suspension to oxter of mice, the alternations of tumor growth in mice administrated with RES orally in different doses were observed. Results Inhibitory rates of RES on H22 in different groups (10, 3, and 1 mg• kg-1) were 53.3%,54.1%, and 47.0%, respectively; inhibitory rates of RES on MFC in different groups (10, 3, and 1 mg• kg-1) were 64.3%,60.0%, and 47.4%, respectively. Conclusion RES has significant inhibitory effect on H22 and MFC.
