乌体林斯对结核性胸膜炎患者IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK及胸水吸收的影响

摘要: 目的:探讨抗结核治疗结核性胸膜炎同时并用乌体林斯对结核性胸膜炎患者免疫功能及胸水吸收情况的影响。 方法:将43例结核性胸膜炎患者随机分为2组,实验组(n=23)为抗结核药加乌体林斯治疗组,对照组(n=20)为单纯抗结核组,治疗半年,观察胸水吸收情况并测定结核性胸膜炎患者治疗前后免疫功能(IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及NK)的变化。 结果:①治疗前3个月实验组胸水吸收人数(12例)高于对照组(9例),差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗第4个月开始差异具有显著性(P<0.05);②实验组治疗半年后CD3+、CD4+较对照组明显增加(P<0.01),NK细胞活性较对照组亦明显增加(P<0.05),且血清IgG水平也较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。 结论:乌体林斯可刺激结核性胸膜炎患者的免疫系统并促进胸水吸收。

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of Utilin′s on the immune function and the pleural effusion absorption in patients with tuberculous pleurisy treated with antituberculotics. Methods The 43 tuberculous pleurisy patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group was treated with antituberculotics only (control group, n=23), the other group was treated with antituberculotics and Utilin′s (experimental group, n=20). The treatment duration was half year. The pleural effusion absorption was observed and the activities of IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and NK of the 43 patients were measured before and after treament. Results ①In three months, the numbers in experimental group whose pleural effusion were absorped wholely were more than that in control group, and the difference was significant four months after treatment (P<0.05); ②Half year later, the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01), and NK cell activity in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), and the IgG level was increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Utilin′s can stimulate the immune system of tuberculous pleurisy patients and accelerate the pleural effusion absorption.
