摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：研究p27^kip蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达，探讨其与口腔鳞癌发生、发展的关系。方法：采用免疫组化S-P法，对37例口腔鳞癌组织、30例癌旁组织及10例正常口腔黏膜中p27^kip蛋白的表达进行检测。结果：p27^kip蛋白在37例口腔鳞癌组织、30例癌旁组织、10例正常口腔黏膜组织中表达率分别67.6%、93.3%、100%，经统计学检验，差异有显著性(P＜0.01)。随着病理分级及临床分期增高，口腔鳞癌组织中p27^kip 蛋白的表达水平逐渐下降。结论：p27^kip蛋白的表达与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展及恶性程度有关，可作为一种有价值的标志物，为口腔鳞癌的预后判断提供依据。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of the protein p27^kip in the tissue of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and study the relationship between it and the generation and development of OSCC. Methods The expression of the protein p27^kip was detected by immunohistochemistry S-P in 37 cases of OSCC, 30 cases of the tissue beside OSCC and 10 cases of normal oral mucous membrane. Results The positive expression rates of protein p27^kipin 37 cases of OSCC, 30 cases of the tissue beside the OSCC and 10 cases of normal oral mucous membrane were 67.6%, 93.5%, and 100%, respectively. There was a remarkable difference between them (P<0.01). The expression of the protein p27^kip was decreased with the increase of the pathological classification and clinical stage of OSCC. Conclusion The expression of the protein p27^kip is related with the generafion, development and the degree of OSCC. It is considered a valuable marker in evaluating the prognosis of the patients with OSCC.
