PCNA、IL-6和IL-1β在肿瘤组织中的表达

摘要: 目的:探讨接种肿瘤细胞株所导致的肿瘤组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、白细胞 介素1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的表达情况及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法: 应用免疫组织化学的方法检测PCNA 、IL-1β和IL-6在结肠癌细胞、肝癌细胞接种后的小 鼠肿瘤组织中的表达,确定PCNA、IL-1β和IL-6在结肠癌和肝癌组织中的表达与肿瘤淋巴结 转 移之间的关系;探讨PCNA、IL-1β和IL-6与肿瘤重量和体积的相关性。结果:PCNA在小鼠 结肠癌和肝癌组织中有较高水平的表达,IL-1β、IL-6在肿瘤间质的血管中有明显表达,PC NA、IL-1β的表达与肿瘤的重量和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:IL-1β 、IL-6和PCNA在肿瘤组织中的表达具有一致性。

Abstract: Objective To explore the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), IL-1β and IL-6 in tumor derived from injection of tumor strain cells, determine the relationships between the expressions of the above cytokines an d clinical pathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical methods were employed to detect the expressions of PCNA,IL-6 and IL-1β in tumor derived from mou se hepatocarcinoma and colon cancer cells. Results PCNA highly expressed in nuclear and IL-6 and IL-1β expressed in tumor mesenchymal vessals. The expres sions of PCNA and IL-1β were significantly related to the tumor lymph node metas tasis and tumor weight. Conclusion The expressions of PCNA,IL-6 and IL-1β in tumor tissues are identical and closely related to pathological parameters of lymph node metastasis and tumor weight.
