β2肾上腺素能受体基因与小儿哮喘的关系

Association of β2-adrenergic receptor genewith asthma in children

摘要: 目的:探讨β2肾上腺素能受体(β2AR)基因与小儿哮喘的关系。 方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术扩增β2AR 5′端基因片段,对65例哮喘患儿和20例正常对照进行分析。 结果:哮喘组中22例及对照组中6例存在β2AR基因片段的缺失,缺失率分别为33.8%(22/65)和30%(6/20),哮喘组与对照组相比差异无显著性,但哮喘组中重度与轻度、中度比较β2AR基因缺失率高。 结论:β2AR基因片段的缺失与哮喘发病无关,但与重度哮喘患者的发病有关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the association of beta 2 adrenergic receptor (β2AR) gene with asthma in children. Methods The 5′ 234 bp fragment of β2AR gene was analyzed by PCR method. Results The fragment deletion of β2AR existed in 22 cases of 65 asthmatic patients and in 6 cases of 20 healthy clildren in control group, the deletion rates were 33.8% and 30%,respectively . There was no significant difference between the two groups. The deletion rate of β2AR gene fragment in severe asthma group was higher than that in mild-moderate asthma group. Conclusion The deletion of this fragment of β2AR gene isn′t related to onset of asthma, but it is related to onset of severe asthma.
