Abstract:

Objective  To guide the clinical treatment and evaluate prognosis through screening several biological indicators related with nasal and sinusal salivary gland carcinoma and analyzing the clinical data. Methods The Logistic regression analysis was employed to analyze the data of the expressions of several biological indicators in nasal and sinusal salivary gland carcinoma,para-cancer tissues and nasal polys and cyst detected with immunohistochemical technique. Results There were  significant differences in the expressions of laminin(LN) and type Ⅳcollagen(ColⅣ) and micrangium in the occurrence of the nasaland sinusal salivary gland carcinoma (P<0.05),and there was a poorly prognosis of nasal and sinusal salivary gland carcinoma if the levels of LN and ColⅣ reduced. Conclusion The LN and ColⅣare  protective factors and the micrangium is a risk factor in the occurrence of the nasal and sinusal salivary gland carcinoma.The decreasing in LN and ColⅣexpressions have relationship with recurrence and metastasis of nasal and sinusal salivary gland carcinoma.The combined detection of LN and Col Ⅳ in nasal and sinusal salivary gland carcinoma can guide its clinical treatment and prognostic evaluation.
