考虑方案过渡影响的单点交通控制时段划分方法

Time of interval partition for traffic control at isolated intersection considering impacts of plan transition

摘要:

为了提高单点控制交叉口时段划分的准确性,首先以相邻的两个统计间隔为例,给出不同配时方案过渡情况下过渡周期个数的确定方法。其次,考虑方案过渡所产生的负面影响,建立了相邻间隔不合并、合并情况下的车总延误计算模型;以两种情况下车总延误的差值作为判别相邻间隔是否合并的指标,确定了判别指标阈值。再次,面向交叉口全天所有统计间隔,建立了时段划分流程。最后,以福州市实际交叉口为例对本文所建立的划分方法进行算例分析,并与传统划分方法进行对比。结果表明:本文方法能够生成合理的控制时段数量,并将交叉口车总延误降低8.9%。

Abstract:

To improve the precision of time interval partition at an isolated control intersection, first, two adjacent statistical intervals are taken as examples to determine the numbers of transition cycles under different timing plan transition conditions. Second, the negative impacts caused by plan transition are considered and the calculation models of total vehicle delays when adjacent intervals are combined and not combined are developed, respectively. The difference of total vehicle delays under the two conditions is selected as the index to judge whether two adjacent intervals can be combined or not. Finally, the time interval partition procedure is developed for all statistical intervals in the whole day. A case study is conducted by taking a field intersection in Fuzhou city as an example and the comparisons are conducted between the proposed method and traditional partition method. The results show that the proposed method can produce reasonable number of time intervals and reduce total vehicle delay by 8.9%.
