电路参数变化引起的DC-DC变换器混沌现象的仿真研究

摘要: 以工作在电感电流连续模式下的PWM型降压式DC-DC变换器为研究对象,对其在不同电路参数下的工作行为及其输出特性进行了深入研究。以滤波电容作为变化参数,通过分叉图上的一系列倍周期分叉及u-i相空间图上的一系列周期轨道,揭示了DC-DC变换器由稳态到混沌态的变化规律。从而证明了电路元件参数的变化可导致DC-DC变换器出现混沌行为。并在时域和频域上分别对DC-DC变换器从稳态到混沌态的输出电压特性进行了分析,总结了变换器的输出谐波电压从周期1至混沌态在频域上的变化规律,为今后DC-DC变换器的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: A DC-DC buck converter controlled by naturally sampled, constant-frequency PWM is operated in continuous conduction mode. Its behavior under different circuit parameters is deeply studied in this paper, especially chaotic behavior and corresponding output performance. The transforming pattern of the system behavior from stable state to chaotic state is discovered via a cascade of period-doubling bifurcations of the output voltage in the bifurcation diagram and a cascade of periodic orbits in the u-i phase space with filter capacitor as a variational parameter. The fact that some special values of the circuit parameters may lead to chaotic behavior is validated. Performances of the output ripples from stable state to chaotic state are also analyzed in time domain and frequency domain respectively.According to the developing trend of spectral characteristics from period 1 to chaotic state,some important conclusions which will become a helpful tool for optimization design of DC-DC converter are given.
