Optimization simulation of automobile maintenance for production system based on genetic gene theory

Abstract: In order to speed up the vehicle inspection in the production line, the latter was simulated and optimized by the software Flexsim. A method to analyze the existed unballance factors in the production line and to ballance it was proposed based on the genetic gene theory. The simulation results show that it needed 183 min to finish the vehicle inspection for the unballanced production line, while after the ballance optimization of the production line by the genetic gene theory, it needs only 141 min. The effectiveness of the proposed method was proved.
