Research on Wear Resistance of Unsmoothed Surface with Regular Burrs

Abstract: Multi factors complex tests U6(66) on wear resistance of specimen were performed according to scheme set up by uniform distribution test design method.Specimens with regular burrs were made of 45# steel with laser textured technique.Investigations into topographical and tribological features were conducted on MM 200 friction and wear tester.Multi factor linear regression equation was derived from test data using SPSS(statistical package for social science).Results showed test speed,load,duration and circular pitch of burrs are factors of significance and axial pitch of burrs is of weak effect.
