Influencing Factors of the Contact Interfaces between Cement Concrete and its Working Parts

Abstract: By analyzing the characteristics of the water films,the performance of cement concrete,the form and materials of the working parts and some external factors at the contact interfaces between cement concrete and its working parts,the main factors,such as the interfacing water film,water cement ratio,sand cement ratio,sand ratio,the sharp of rough aggregate,admixture,the form and materials of the working parts,the normal pressure and working temperature are given.Based on studying the key factors,the effective ways of reducing the cement concrete adhesion are developed.The results lay the foundation for developing the bionic technology to reduce cement concrete′s adhesion in road construction.
