Computer simulation of laminated material vibration drilling

Abstract: Based on the Grey System Theorem,using GM(1,h) model to simulate the process of varying parameters vibration drilling is a new attempt.The study for the influence on the effectiveness of arts and crafts from some parameters such as vibration frequency,swing etc.in laminated materials vibration drilling process using gray relevancy analysis method was presented in this paper,and the order of influencing factors that dominate the drilling effect was obtaind.The theoretic analysis and experiments showed that it is easy in modelling and computing by using this method,it also provides a new approach in the research for vibration drilling of laminated materials.
