Study on optimization model for freeway emergency vehicle dispatching

Abstract: Abstract：In order to improve the emergency response of freeway, an optimization model for emergency vehicle dispatching was established by integer programming. Three kinds of dispatching strategies were qualitatively analyzed, and they were compared predigestedly. The results show that the nearest server dispatching can reduce emergency response time greatly, the model server dispatching improved response significantly, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed model.
