A suitable transformation of Lax pair is made so as to make Lax pair before and after the transformation keep solution equations invariant. The structure and magnetic properties of compounds Nd ₂(Co_1-xFe_x)_17-yCr_y were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. It was found that all the compounds investigated are of the Th₂Zn17-type structu re. The substitution of Cr and Fe for Co doesnt change the crystalline structu re, but leads to an increase of the unit-cell volume. The X-ray diffraction patt erns of the magnetically aligned powder samples indicate that the easy magnetiza tiondirections (EMD) at room temperature are in the basal plane for all Nd₂(Co_1-xFe_x) _17-xCr_y compounds. With increasing content Fe and de creasing Cr content, the Curie temperature T_C increases first, reachi ng a maximum at x=0.5 and y=3.3, then decreases monotonically.

The present paper deals with the theory of resistance trim by means of source wheatstone bridge in the laser resistance trim system and presents the method of removing line resistance and junction resistance in low resistance measurement. High precision programmable power circuit of the laser resistance trim system is analyzed in time-domain, and the conclusion of removing line resistance and junction resistance is achieved.

The charge-discharge characters of a new cathode mater ial with a high energy storage density, Li(Al_xCo_1-x )O₂, were i nvestigated and compared with those of the traditional cathode material, LiCoO2, which was prepared under the same conditions. The results show th at Li(Al_xCo_1-x)O₂ sintered at 700 ℃ h as a higher charge-discharge flat p otential plateau, and a higher capacity than LiCoO₂ has under the same conditions.

The present paper presents a new method for restraining the light lasing of the travelling-wave optical amplifier by means of the comb ination of dip and taper angles in the structure of the device. The experimental results show that the restraining effect is obvious. It provides a new method for making travelling-wave optical amplifier.

Using discrete variation method(DVM) program, we calculated the electron structure of Cr3+ doping center in the la ser crystal of LiSrAlF₆ and studied the effect of inlay potential, cluster size and basis set type on the calculated result. The present paper presents the fundamental cond itions to make the calculated result convergent.

The surface photovoltage spectra of thin films of poly［2-methoxy-5-(2-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1, 4-phenylene vinylene］ were determined in order to determine their localized transition（350~420 nm）and delocalized transition（420~600 nm）. The experiments demonstrated that the localized transition would be attributed to the electronic transition from the valence band to a local state in the conduction band.

Using nonresonant two-photon (NRTP) method, we studie d the photoreactive properties of polysilane polymer. The results show that the two-photon reaction of polysilane polymer is very different from single photon reaction. We can get the oligosilasne with any chain-length of Si atoms from po lysilane by two-photon excitation.

This paper reports a mutagenic strain MS5.1, a strain, mutagenised from an original strain Bacillus stearothermophilus BS3.232 by N-methyl- N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(NTG), which effectively secreted a new kind of enzy me(neoamylase) that can catalytically make starch into isomalto-oligosaccharide. The activity of MS　5.1 producing enzyme is increased by 53.8% compared with BS3.232 under the same conditions. The results of thin-layer chromatography of the prod ucts from starch catalyzed by the enzyme demonstrated that the enzyme can be used to produce iso maltooligosaccharide from starch, including isomaltose, panose, isomaltotriose, isomaltotetose. The optimum conditions which secreted neoamylase were confirmed by orthogonal test and the results showed that the most important par ameter is the temperature of fermentation and the optimum conditions to secrete the enzyme were: the strain MS5.1 should be cultured with superior to 60% aerati on under 55 ℃ for 24 h.

We acquired two actinomyces from abandoned medium oil, mycoplana SP. and rothia SP., with liquid medium JOA made up by ourselves. Both mycop lana and rothia can grow with the medium oil as only carbon source. Mycoplana greatly affects the dielectric loss of transformer oil, and the extent of the loss increases with increasing the concentration of actinomyces as well as the running time of transformer.

Bioinformatics assisted gene discovery comprises picking the gene ava ilable in SwissProt, searching the DNA fragments homologous to the gene from the human genomic sequence by means of BLAST program, and saving them into the Oracle Database. The separation of chemical components of freshwater surface coatings， developed in different natural waters， was carried out by means of selective e xtraction technique， and the results obtained were compared and the serviceabi lity of the selective extraction technique was discussed by comparing the extrac tion efficiencies.

The photodegradation of the three cyclic hydrocarbons in petroleum, ethyl benzene， tetrohydronaphthalene anddecahydronaphthalene was s tudied. A high pressure mercury lamp and the sunlight were respectively used as the light sources. The results of the experiments showed that the three componen ts all could be photodegraded under the high pressure mercury lamp, but not unde r the sunlight. When there is Fenton reagent (Fe^２＋+ H_２ Ｏ₂) or particles of TiO₂ or ZnO in the reaction system, the three cyclic hydrocarbons could all be degraded under either the high pressure mercury lamp or the sunlight. In an undivided electrolytic cell and with benzene as the starting materi al,Cu^２＋ ions as electrolytic medium, Cu as the anode materi al and graphite as the cathode material, the synthesis　of para quinone via the indirect electrooxidation of benzen e was studied. The experimental results demonstrate that the yield of electrolyt ic products para quinone and current efficiency were higher than the corresponding ones for direct electrooxidation of benzene in the divided electr olytic cell.
