Lattice Boltzmann Simulation of Drag Reduction for the Flowaround Circular Cylinder in Electromagnetic Field

The flow past a circular cylinder in the electromagnetic field was simulated by the lattice Boltzmann method. The effect of electromagnetic force on the cylinder was investigated. The treatment of curved boundary and the evaluation of the boundary forces were analyzed. The streamlines, vorticity contours, drag coefficient were presented for the flow past a circular cylinder under various electromagnetic force. Numerical results show that electromagnetic force can modify the configuration of the boundary layer around a circular cylinder and is able to prevent the boundary layer from separation. At the same time, the electromagnetic force is capable of suppressing the shedding of vortices, and reducing the drag.

The authors investigated the solution structure of linear differential equations of fractional order in both time and spatial variables, and obtained some exact solutions via the approach of separating variables. For the exact solutions of invariable coefficient linear homogeneous fractional differential equations, the existence of general solutions and structural theorem of solutions were established by means of  undetermined special function method.

This paper provides two kinds of algorithms on GCD of polynomial system on the basis of  the parallel technology, gives the pseudo-code representation on the algorithms, proves the feasibility on them, and obtains the programs and presents computing examples for symbolic computation. The algorithms are direct, parallel, and exact. So they are different from the indirect ones by the polynomial pair, they are faster than the serial ones, and they can be used both symbolic and numerical computations. Moreover, this paper improves the existing pseudocode system, obtains a new pseudocode system, and provides its application.

The authors concerned  the partial linear models with serially correlated random errors which are not observed and modeled by a moving\|average process of infinte order. We proposed an empirical loglikelihood ratio statistic for the regression coefficients. Our results show that the statistic is asymptotically chisquare distributed and the corresponding confidence interval can be constructed accordingly. A simulation illustrates that the empirical likelihood method works better than the ordinary least squares method.

Based on the linear bilevel programming problem with multiple independent  followers and the characteristic of grey system, a grey linear bilevel programming problem with multiple independent followers (GLBMIF) was put forward, and its model was given. We showed that the drifting grey linear bilevel  programming problem with multiple independent followers (GLBMIF(θ)) is 
equivalent to the drifting grey linear bilevel programming problem. An algorithm based on simplex method was developed to solve the GLBMIF (θ). A numerical example shows that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective.

In interior point methods, there is an inconsistency between theory and practice: fast algorithms in practice may actually render
 worse complexity bounds. We proposed a new Mehrotratype predictorcorrector interior point algorithm for linear programming. The O(nL)iteration complexity of the algorithm was given, the same as the best complexity result for any interior point method. The numerical experiments show that this algorithm has a superior practical performance.

A new  Lagrangian quadratic finite volume element method based on optimal stress points was presented for solving
onedimensional parabolic problems with trial and test spaces as the Lagrangian quadratic finite element space and the piecewise constant function space respectively. It is proved that the method has optimal order H1 and L2 error estimates. In addition, we discussed the global superconvergence in H1 norm and the locally pointwise superconvergence of numerical derivatives at optimal stress points. The numerical experiment confirms the results of theoretical analysis.

The physical model of generalized nonlinear disturbed Benjamin equation was considered. The homotopic mapping method was used to construct corresponding homotopic mapping. And then suitable initial approximation was selected, and the arbitrary order approximate solution of the soliton was calculated. A weakly disturbed equation was studied. The accuracy for the obtained approximate soliton was compared, and it was found that the obtained approximate soliton by the homotopic mapping method is of a good accuracy.

Trust inheritance is applied in the researches of privilege management mechanism to assign roles to users. The privilege management mechanism also uses concentration audit to maintain system reliability.

The simulation of smoke animation with simple light and complex light was realized on the basis of GPU. The motion of the smoke was controlled by NavierStokes Equations. An integer algorithm for traversing voxels was used to accelerate the speed of the simulation, and using this algorithm we r
ealized the complex light. The render effects of the two light algorithms are in stark contrast. Furthermore, when the velocity of GPU is contrasted with the CPU, the difference is very apparent. These experiments obviously demonstrate the  advantage of GPU.

The authors analyzed the movement characteristics of vehicular communication network; proposed a clusterbased network topology discovery strategy with resident agent in vehicular communications network (VCBRP); and provided the corresponding clustering algorithm. The proposed VCBRP protocol was compared with CBRP and DSR protocols through computer simulations. Simulation results show that VCBRP algorithm has better performance in terms of load balancing, with lower end to end transmission delay and less route request times in highspeed environment, and the packet delivery rate has improved to some extent.

Shared Cache Partitioning Based on IPC and Fairness

This paper proposes a shared Cache partitioning algorithm, based on throughput (IPC) and fairness, which in order to find a balance between fairness and throughput. We used the Cache access monitor to collect the missing rate information, and then decide the amount of Cache resources allocated to each application by the dynamic partitioning algorithm to resolve the problem of Cache pollution. Experiments show that shared Cache partitioning  based on IPC and fairness improves throughput by 15.71% on average (up to 37.90%)  over least recently used and by 14.11% on average (up to 47.37%) over fairness based Cache partitioning, and improves fairness by 77% on average (up to 4 times) over least recently used and by a factor of 2.29 on average (up to 9 times) over utility based Cache partitioning.

In view of the traditional data synchronization method based on the multiserver prone to data conflict, this article presents a data synchronization method with a label and a data recovery strategy based on label and timestamp for a distributed multiservice system to achieve data consistency between servers. Experimental results show the proposed method of data synchronization possesses relatively better efficiency in the implementation and avoids some data conflict problems in the process of data synchronization.

The author studied the   influence of the micro particle  system on the potential energy of Coulomb electric field  under the quantum theory. The electromagnetic field between atomic nucleus and electrons was submitted to  nucleation and steady\|state. Atomic electromagnetic field was resolved into the shell layer electric field and magnetic field, and their  interaction relationships to electrons were  studied respectively. Analyzing the radius of shell layers, electronic orbits deviation angle and the velocity of electrons of various atoms shows  that “orbit” cross section  of electrons is  obviously smaller and deviates from its atomic “equatorial” plane, indicating the disposition and motion of the polar phase of atoms. The ground state levels  of atoms of 44 main group element were calculated, and the results are in accordance with the first  ionization potentials.

 High efficient undoped blue organic light\|emitting devices (OLEDs) with a typical structure of ITO/2T\|NATA(40 nm)/NPB(10 nm)/N-BDAVBi((3+d) nm)/ADN(7 nm)/N\|BDAVBi((3+d) nm)/ADN(7 nm)/Alq3(30 nm)/LiF(0.5  nm)/Al were prepared by means of  thermal vacuum deposition method with  N\|BDAVBi as the emitting layer. The results show that the device has a maximum luminous efficiency of 4.38 cd/A at 6 V when the thickness of N\|BDAVBi layer is 7 nm,  and the device has a maximum luminance of 13 200 cd/m2 at 13 V when the thickness of N\|BDAVBi layer is 11 nm. The CIE coordinates of the device are within the blueregion when the voltage changes from 0 V to 13 V.

The  effect  of anodic current density on morphology of oxide ceramic membrane prepared by means of microarc oxidation on pure titanium was studied with  0.2 mol/L NaH2PO4 and 0.4 mol/L (CH3COO)2Ca as electrolytes. The results show that   TiO2 and hydroxyapatite ceramic membrane   formed on the surface of pure titanium. The morphology of  ceramic membrane   is better when   the anodic current densities are 15 A/dm2 and 20 A/dm2.

Ptype zeolite was synthesized by carbonization, alkalidissolving and hydrothermal method with rice husk and aluminum hydroxide as t
he starting materials without aging prouss and adding crystal seeds. It was found that the optimal zeolitization conditions are temperature 85 ℃; time 8 h; n(Na2O) ∶n(SiO2)=1.43, n(SiO2) ∶n(Al2O3)=4,  n(H2O) ∶n(Na2O)=18.3. The prepared product shows a calcium ionic exchange capacity of 330 mg/g. XRD and SEM of the product show that pure, single phase and high crystalline zeolite P samples were synthesized under optimum conditions.

The leaves of Clinopodium chinensis O.Kuntze var.grandiflorum (Maxim.) Hara.were extracted with 85% volume fraction ethanol under refluxing c
onditions, the extracts were separated by column chromatography with adsorption resin, silica gel and ODS respectively to obtain the chemical constituents, whose structures were elucidated by spectral analysis, physical and chemical evidence. Ten compounds were isolated and identified as buddlejasaponin Ⅳb([STHZ]1[STBZ]), buddlejasaponin Ⅳ([STHZ]2[STBZ]), ClinoposaponinⅪ([STHZ]3[STBZ]), didymin([STHZ]4[STBZ]), 3β,16β,23,28-trihydroxyoleana-11,13(18)-dien-3-yl-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)][β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-fucopyranoside(5), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyanoside([STHZ]6[STBZ]), ClinoposaponinⅤ(7), ClinoposaponinⅢ(8), ClinoposaponinⅤb(9) and ClinoposaponinⅢb(10). Except compounds 1, 2, 4 and 5, all the other compounds were isolated from Clinopodium chinensis O.Kuntze var.grandiflorum (Maxim.) Hara. for the first time.

Isocitrate lyase(ICL) gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from template Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37R
v strain genomic DNA and was cloned into expression vector pET28b, named pET28b ICL. The recombined plasmid pET28bICL was transformed into E.coli BL21(DE3). The optimum conditions for ICL expression in E.coli BL21 (DE3) were determined to be 025 mmol/L IPTG induction for 4 h at 20 ℃. The expressed ICL was further purified by means of NiNTA resin affinity chromatography. The recombinant ICL was purified in a highly active state with a specific activity of 24 μmol/(mg·min).

The ultrasound was used to promote the resolution of glycidyl butyrate catalyzed by lipase.  The effects of ultrasound source, ultrasonic processing method, power and temperature were also investigated to obtain the optimum reaction conditions. Under the optimum conditions, the enzyme activity of BSL2 in the resolution of glycidyl butyrate was enhanced by about 4.3fold and the enantioselectivity increased by about 5.0fold.

Chromatographic peaks of different concentration of Nigella sativa L.extacts were characterized by HPLC. B16 murine melanoma cells were used as an in vitro cultured model. MTT was used to study the effect of Nigella sativa L.ethanolic extracts on the proliferation of B16 murine me
lanoma cells. Oxidation rate of LDOPA was measured to estimate the effect of Nigella sativa L.ethanolic extracts on tyrosinase activity of B16 murine melanoma cells. NaOH cleavage method was performed to study the effect of Nigella sativa L.ethanolic extracts on the melanogenesis of B16 murine melanoma cells. Statistical analysis to the chromatographic peaks of different concentration of Nigella sativa L.extacts and pharmacodynamic data for correlation analysis. Results show that 50% ethanolic extract of Nigella sativa L.enhances me lanogenesis and growing rate of B16 murine melanoma cells. Componenteffect relationship shows that there is no significant difference in the 6 chromatographic peaks on pharmacodynamic effect. Pharmacodynamic effect is due to the multiplecomonents of Nigella sativa L.

The genetoxic of polysaccharides from Qiqi Lingzhi physic liquor was studied by mice bone marrow cell micronuclei test, mice testicular chromosome aberration test and Ames test. Acute toxicity test used the method of Huo Enshi. The acute toxicity test of Qiqi Lingzhi polysaccharides showed that the LD50>21 500 mg/kg. Little cytotoxicity was found in the bone marrow cell micronucleus test. No conspicuous teratogenic effect was observed in the test of teratospermia of mice. In the quaque concentration of Ames test, there was no mutagenesis. These results suggest that Qiqi Lingzhi polysaccharides have little toxicity and genetoxic that can be safely used in the longterm.
