Projection Method for the Cauchy Problem ofHelmholtz Equation in HalfSpace

A numerical method was proposed for the Cauchy problem in accordance with the Helmholtz equation in the halfspace. With the help of DirichlettoNeumann map, this problem was transformed into a compact operator equation for the initial value of the wave field. The asymptotic behavior of the singular values of the compact operator was rigorously justified firstly. Then a projection method with regularization was applied to solving the operator equation. Finally, several numerical examples were presented to illustrate the approach. The results show that the algorithm is effective.

We considered ruin problems for a class of discrete time risk model. In this model, the interest rates follow a Markov chain with a denumerable state space, and both the premiums and claims are assumed to have dependent AR(1) structures. Using martingale approach, we derived the upper bounds for ruin probabilities of the models, in which the premiums are received at the beginning of each period and at the end of each period, respectively. We also discussed their applications.

A class of mode for HIV propagation dynamics was studied. By means of the singular perturbation method, firstly, the outer solution and interior solution were constructed; secondly, they were matched,  obtaining composite expansions of solution for the model; finally, comparing the accuracies for the solutions verifies the asymptotic expansion possesses a better accuracy. Finded approximate solution may describe the law of HIV propagation in the crowd of epidemics region.

The stability of a pest management viral infection system with impulsive releases of viral particles and natural enemies was researched by means of Floquet’s theorem, smallamplitude perturbation skills and comparison theorem. The sufficient conditions of globally asymptotic stability of pesteradication periodic solution and the permanence of the system controlled by that controller were obtained. Finally the mathematical findings were illustrated by numerical simulations.

On the basis of analyzing the theories and characteristics of matrix multiplicative which is used in block ciphers and the characters of logic circuit, the authors presented a theory and method of designing a dynamic reconfigurable hardware architecture of matrix multiplicative. The analog circuit on computer proves that the circuit which is designed according to the method presented in this paper is effective in keeping the efficiency of circuit and  improves the flexibility of the circuit.

Light ray optimization algorithm is a new intelligent optimization algorithm with the weak local optimization ability and the difficulty  of perfection of convergence theory. To solve these problems, greedy light ray optimization algorithm was proposed. Local convergence of the proposed  algorithm was proved via theoretical derivation. Numerical experimental  results show that for single extremal nonlinear standard testing functions, greedy light ray optimization algorithm has a higher convergent accuracy and stability  compared with particle swarm optimization and simulated  annealing.

We considered the mathematical model of scattering problem for time harmonic acoustic waves in anisotropic media above an unbounded sound soft rough surface. We gave a variational form of the problem and established the infsup condition of the sesquilinear form. By means of a Rellichlike identity and the generalized LaxMilgram theorem, we proved that the variational problem is uniquely solvable for arbitrary wave number and we also gave a priori estimation. These results are available for more general media besides isotropic ones.

We extend the definition of geometric continuity and the blending theory for algebraic surfaces to multiparametric algebraic surface families, and finally apply  the comprehensive Grbner system method to blend multiparametric algebraic surface families. Our results show that the computed blending surface families blend the input surface families precisely.

A method of using fuzzy clustering analysis to combine linear subspace features and Gabor features to recognize faces was proposed. Firstly it analyzes the distribution of sample database in linear space. Then it uses Gabor features to recognize faces that locate in boundary of different cluster centers. Experimental results show the presented method has high recognition rate, meanwhile it reduces average recognition time.

On the basis of the framework of ontologybased abstraction model, a method of workflow perceptionmodeling was proposed. Knowledge of constructing workflow abstraction model of a particular field can be captured via perceiving the practical workflow running in the field. The knowledge provides the mechanism of sharing and reuse for task of workflow model design, which is used to construct workflow abstraction model so as to wholly (or partly) realize the automation of the flow in the field. In this paper, activity ontology class and activity relationship ontology class are defined and the process of dynamically generating and extending them is formally described. Moreover, the process of workflow abstraction modeling based on framework of ontologybased abstraction modeling, is also given.

In view of the contradiction between one way and trapdoor occured on constructing public key cryptography, the author introduced a new type of public key cryptography that is oneway shell core function. According to the designing ideas and structural characteristics of programmable logic device (PLD), the paper presents a scheme of oneway shell core function and shows that its security is equal to that of onetime pad. Compared with the traditional public key cryptography, oneway shell core function has the characteristics of wider inclusivity, more change and higher security. The function provides people with a public key cryptography of more flexibility.

Solving the problem of VRP by saving algorithm the author obtained the  routing selection with  punctuality in the timevarying road network. Considering the smooth and congestion of traffic in the time\|varying road network, the shortest path does not spend the least time. The factors of distance, time limit, cost and reliability were analyzed and fitted combined with the  cases of routing selection and the punctuality under the conditions of  different factors compared. The results show that optimized distribution path can  ensure the stability of distribution.

The authors proposed a earliest final deadline priority schedule strategy based on value accumulated. The analysis of preemptive
EDF algorithm in actual work shows that there is unnecessary preempted behavior in the system. The unnecessary preempted behavior affects the efficiency of the scheduler. Introducing a task accumulated parameter in EDF algorithm to adjust the EDF for redistributing priority of strategy reduces the cost of unnecessary preemptive behavior. Finally the experimental results verify the improved EDF preemptive algorithm reduces the cost of preemptive in the system.

A text mining algorithm named HMMTFM (hidden Markov model based transcription factor name mining) was presented. The proposed algorithm does not need a dictionary of transcription factor names. A small verb set is defined to filter sentences. Transcription factor names are mined according to the part of speech tagged by hidden Markov model. Experimental results show that the recall rate and precision of HMMTFM come to 74.2% and 77.9%, respectively.

The authors  experimentally demonstrated the optical information transfer between two frequencies channels based on electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT)  in a four level double lambda system in Pr∶YSO crystal. Under the conditions of EIT, a weak probe pulse is slowed during the propagation in the crystal. A group velocity of 86 m/s is observed experimentally. By adiabatically switching off the control field, most of the probe pulse is stored in the sample. By switching on two control fields (with distinct frequencies and direction)  in the release process, the stored optical information is distributed into two spatially\|separated channels from the original slow light pulse with a single channel.  By adjusting the two control fields in the release process, the information of slowed light pulse can be converted between the frequencies channels.

 A two-cycle melioration algorithm based on discrete Fourier transform (DFT) was presented. This method can be used  to calculate the dielectric dissipation factor of electric power system. The   frequency spectrum leaking and the error of  truncation caused by frequency deviation can be reduced by means of amending two periods of the grid signal into one period. Error analysis shows that the accuracy of this algorithm is the same as that of traditional solutions (adding window method), but the operation time of this method is 3 times less than those of the traditional solutions.

Based on the characteristics of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric materials, a pressure sensor was designed, which consists of probe, charge amplifier circuit, filter circuit and voltage amplifier circuit.  The vibrating elastic iron slice was deformed by the contact point displacement. The measurement of pressure can be obtained by measuring the change of piezoelectric signal of the PVDF material on the iron slice. The  sensitivity of sensor is 61.22 mV/N and may be applied to various pressure measurement.

Nanocrystalline γ′-(Fe1-xNix)4N  thin films with different Ni mass fractions  were synthesized on single crystal Si (100) substrate by facing target magnetron sputtering. The Fe/Ni atom ratio,  structure, morphology and magnetic properties were characterized by means of X\|ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results indicated that the stabilities of the structure were improved and the soft magnetic properties were optimized by doping Ni in the sample.

A series of polycarboxylate superplasticizers was synthesized via aqueous solution radical copolymerization method, and the structures
of polycarboxylate superplasticizers were identified by IR. The effects of the length of side chain, the dosage of superplasticizer in cement paste and the testing temperature of cement paste were investigated. It was shown that the paste of superplasticizer having longer side chain had better fluidity than that of those having shorter chain. The optimal dosage of superplasticizer in cement was 0.2%; the fluidity of cement paste was decreased with increasing testing temperature. The newly synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizers were compared with commonly used products at home and overseas, showing that these superplasticizers exhibit excellent performance.

The supported phosphotungstic acid catalysts were prepared by loading  phosphotungstic acid on the Wormlike mesporous carrier via the impregnation method. The supported catalysts and carrier were characterized by XRD, FTIR, N2 adsorptiondesorption and so on. The biodiesel was prepared by transesterification of castor oil and methanol with supported phosphotungstic acid as the catalyst. The conversion of transesterification was determined by the method of periodates oxidation. The effects of reaction parameters such as reaction temperature, time and n(methanol) ∶n(castor oil) on the transesterification were studied. At 55  ℃, the n(methanol) ∶[KG-*3]n(castor oil) of 6, reaction time of 2 h, phosphotungstic acid loading of 50%, the conversion rate of transesterification was up to 951%.

Synthesis and Organic Photovoltaic Device of Starburst Europium (Ⅲ) β-Diketonate Complex

Based on molecular design, starburst europium(Ⅲ) β-diketonate complex tris(dibenzoylmethanato){1,3,5tris[2(2′pyridyl)benzimidazoly]methylbenzene}europium(Ⅲ) (Eu3(DBM)9(TMMB)) was synthesized. An organic photovoltaic (PV) device, in which 4,4′,4″tris[3-methylphenyl(phenyl)amino]triphenylamine (m-MTDATA) and Eu3(DBM)9(TMMB) are used as an electron donor and an acceptor, respectively, has been fabricated by a vacuum deposition method. Under the illumination of UV light (365 nm, 1.6 mW/cm2 ) , the open circuit voltage, short circuit current dencity, fill factor and power conversion efficiency of the PV device were measured to be 1.70 V, 38.9 μA/cm2, 0.25 and 1.05%, respectively. These results indicate that the starburst europium(Ⅲ) β-diketonate complex showed  good PV performance.

Preparation and Specificity of AntiILKAP Antibody

Two rabbits were immunized six times with the whole integrinlinked kinaseassociated phosphatase (ILKAP) protein as antigen by intramuscular and intravenous injections, and the antiserum against ILKAP was obtained. Then, antiILKAP polyclonal antibody was prepared via Protein A agrose column. Western blot analysis shows that the antiILKAP polyclonal antibody had higher specificity, and the antibody titer came to 1 ∶1 600 via indirect enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (indirect ELISA). Immunofluorescence analysis demonstrates that the prepared ILKAP polyclonal antibody had a good application in cell researches.

On the basis of a structural similarity of 60%, we took the SQS inhibitor CP320473 as a lead compound to perform molecular docking by
 AutoDock Vina. In the end, the new compound with the lowest binding energy with SQS was selected for further investigation. The docking results show that the new compound (named zinc_8442249) is a better inhibitor than CP320473. Lys52 is important in inhibition as it forms a hydrogen bond.

RACE (rapidamplification of cDNAends) technique was used to clone Na+/H+ antiporter gene from Glycine max L Merr with the total RNA as the template. This gene was linked to the plasmid PBI121 and the expression vector PBI121NHX3 was constructed. The results show its ORF(open reading frame)consists of 1 503 bp, which can be deduced to encode 501 amino acids. It was found that predicted amino acid sequence had an identification of 72%— 94% compared with amino acid sequence from other ten plant species and it had a typical structural domain of the monovalent cation(proton) antiporter. The gene was named GmNHX3, (GenBank accession number: JN872904). Genetic transformation vector of PBI121NHX3 was constructed successfully by identification method of PCR and restriction enzyme digestion.

Principal component analysis (PCA) and absolutely principal component analysis (APCA) were used to qualitatively analyze the data of PM10 samples from three periods of 2009 to 2010 at Longyan environmental monitoring station, Longyan teachers college, Minxi university and Longyan university for the purpose to obtain the different source apportionments and contributions of PM10. The results show that on the city’s perspective, the main sources of PM10 in Longyan City are the second dust/coal dust, vehicle exhaust/road dust, soil dust, and waste incineration. In the view of each sampling point, the main sources of PM10 at Longyan environmental monitoring station are vehicle exhaust/secondary dust, soil dust and road dust, the major sources of PM10 at Longyan teachers college are soil dust, coal dust and vehicle exhaust/secondary dust, the main sources of PM10 at Minxi university are secondary dust/coal dust, vehicle exhaust and waste incineration, the main source of PM10 at Longyan university are secondary dust, vehicle exhaust/soil dust and coal dust.
