高温诱导Hep-2细胞凋亡及其对细胞周期进程的影响

摘要: 目的:通过高温诱导Hep-2细胞凋亡探讨细胞凋亡和细胞周期的关系。 方法:应用MTT比色法和流式细胞仪检测高温诱导Hep-2细胞凋亡和细胞周期时相的改变。结果:高温组与对照组之间Hep-2细胞凋亡率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。MTT比色法高温组与对照组之间,Hep-2细胞增殖抑制率差异亦有显著性。 结论:高温可提高Hep-2细胞的凋亡率,抑制Hep-2细胞的增殖,抑制Hep-2细胞G1期向S期的进程。

Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis and cell cycle with Hep-2 cell apoptosis induced by high temperature. Methods To examine Hep-2 cell proliferation inhibitory rate,apoptosis and different phase of cell cycle with MTT colorimetry and flow cytometry. Results The difference of Hep-2 apoptosis rate between heating group and control group was obviously significant;The different of Hep-2 proliferation inhibitory rate between heating group and control group with MTT colorimetry was obviously significant (P<0.01). Conclusion High temperature can increase Hep-2 cell apoptosis and inhibit the cell cycle progress of Hep-2 from G1 stage to S stage.
