益心酮滴丸对急性心肌梗塞犬心肌细胞超微结构的影响

Effects of YiXinTong pellet on ultrastructure of myocardium in canine model with acute myocardial infarction

摘要: 目的:观察益心酮滴丸对急性心肌梗塞犬心肌细胞超微结构及心肌酶的影响。方法:健康成年杂种犬30只,分为对照组、吉罗益心酮片组及益心酮滴丸25、50和100 mg•kg-1组,每组6只。采用麻醉开胸结扎犬的冠状动脉前降支(LAD)制备急性心肌梗塞模型,取静脉血检测血清中天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性;应用透射电子显微镜观察心肌细胞超微结构的改变。 结果:与对照组比较,益心酮滴丸各剂量组AST、CK及LDH的活性明显降低(P<0.05P<0.001);与吉罗益心酮片组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。益心酮滴丸各剂量组心肌细胞超微结构基本正常。结论 :益心酮滴丸对急性心肌梗塞犬的心肌细胞具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract: Objective To examine the effects of YiXinTong pellet on the serum enzymes and ultrastructure of myocardium in canine model with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Thirty dogs were randomly divided into control group , YiXinTong tablet group, YiXinTong pellet 25,50 and 100 mg•kg-1 groups. The left anterior de scending branches were ligated in anesthetic dogs to establish acute myocardial infarction models. The activities of AST, CK and LDH in serum were detected and the changes of ultrastructure of myocardium were observed. Results YiXinTong pellet decreased the activities of AST, CK and LDH(P<0.05,P<0.001),compared with control group,there was no significant difference between YiXinTong tablet group and YiXinTong pellet groups(P>0.05). Ultrastructure of myocardium was nearly normal in YiXinTong pellet groups.Conclusion YiXinTong pellet shows apparently protective effects on cardiac muscle of experimental canine model with acute myocardial infarction. 
