黄芪注射液对急性心源性休克犬心肌超微结构的影响

Effect of Astraglaus Memberanaceus injection on myocardial ultrastructure of dogs with acute cardiogenic shock

摘要: 目的:观察黄芪(AM)注射液对急性心源性休克犬心 肌酶和心肌细胞超微结构的影响。 方法:健康成年杂种犬30只,分为对照组、阳性药组及黄芪注射液2.5、5.0和10.0 g•kg-1组,每组6只。采用麻醉开胸结扎犬的冠状动脉前降支(LAD)制备心源性休克模型,取静脉血检测血清中天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,应用透射电子显微镜观察心肌细胞超微结构的改变。 结果:与对照组比较,黄芪注射液各剂量组AST、CK及LDH的活性明显降低(P<0.05,P< 0.001),与阳性药组比较差异无显著(P>0.05)。黄芪注射液10.0 g•kg-2组心肌细胞肌丝排列整齐,线粒体结构基本正常。结论:黄芪注射液能够减轻由于缺血缺氧所引起的心肌细胞超微结构的损伤,对缺血缺氧心肌具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Ast raglaus Memberanaceus (AM) injection on myocardial enzymes and ultrastructure of myocardium in dogs with acute cardiogenic shock . Methods Thirty dogs were divided randomly into control group , ShengMai(SM) group, AM 2.5,5.0,10.0 g•kg-1 groups,six dogs in each group.An acute cardiogenic shock model was made by ligating left anterior descending branch in anesthetic dog. The levels of myocardial enzymes(AST,CK,LDH) in serum were detected and the changes of myocardial ultrastructure were observed .Results Compared with control group, the myocardial enzyme activities in serum were decreased significantly in AM groups(P<0.05,P<0.001).There were no sig nificant differences between SM group and AM groups(P>0.05). Filaments arranged regularly and mitochodrias was normal of myocardium in AM 10.0 g•kg-1 group. Conclusion AM can reduce ultrastructural injury of myocardium and protect cardiac muscle from hypoxic-ischemic injury.
