直喷汽油机暖机过程中两次喷射比例对燃烧和排放的影响

Effect of fuel ratio of two injections on combustion and emissions in warm-up process of gasoline direct injection engine

摘要:

在一台缸内直喷汽油机(GDI)上进行两次喷射策略的暖机试验,研究了在暖机过程中,采用两次喷射策略时,两次喷射的喷油比例对缸内燃烧及排放的影响。试验结果表明:随着冷却水温度从30 ℃升高到80 ℃,燃烧和排放状况逐渐得到改善,在不同喷油比例下,缸内压力峰值提高了1%~10%,HC排放降低了32%~37%;随着两次喷油比例从9∶1减小到3∶1,冷却水温度从30 ℃升高到80 ℃,缸压峰值平均升高了16.68%,缸压峰值相位提前了4 ℃A ,放热率峰值增加了2 J/°CA,HC排放平均降低了15%,NOx排放量逐渐升高,微粒总数量浓度逐渐降低,微粒的粒径分布逐渐由核模态、积聚模态的双峰分布向核模态单峰分布转移。

Abstract:

A two-stage fuel injection warm up test was carried out on a GDI engine, and the influence of the fuel ratio of the two injections on the combustion and emission was studied in the warm-up process. The results show that with the coolant temperature rising from 30 ℃ to 80 ℃, the combustion and emission conditions are improved gradually that in different fuel ratio, the peak cylinder pressure is increased by 5%~10% , and HC emission is reduced by 32%~37%.With the fuel ratio changing from 9∶1 to 3∶1, during the coolant temperature raising from 30 °C to 80 °C, the peak cylinder pressure is increased by 16.68%, and the phase of peak cylinder pressure was 4° CA earlier, the peak heat release rate is increased by 2 J/°CA, HC emission is reduced by 15% on average, NOx emission is increased gradually, the total concentration of particles is decreased gradually, particle size distribution is gradually shifted from the bimodal distribution of nuclear mode and accumulation mode to unimodal distribution of nuclear mode.
