摘要:
将耦合仿生理论应用到孕镶金刚石石油钻头切削齿的结构设计中,从仿生非光滑结构、材料和钻头整体结构3种主要影响因素入手,采用无压浸渍法、热压法和镶焊法等烧制方法和工艺,研制了新型三元耦合仿生孕镶金刚石石油钻头(简称仿生石油钻头),并在普光D-103井须家河组层段进行现场钻进试验。试验结果表明:仿生石油钻头与在须家河层段发挥平稳的三牙轮钻头相比,钻进速度更高、使用寿命更长、整体性能更稳定。
