新型耦合仿生孕镶金刚石石油钻头的研制

Development of coupling bionics impregnated diamond bit

摘要:

将耦合仿生理论应用到孕镶金刚石石油钻头切削齿的结构设计中,从仿生非光滑结构、材料和钻头整体结构3种主要影响因素入手,采用无压浸渍法、热压法和镶焊法等烧制方法和工艺,研制了新型三元耦合仿生孕镶金刚石石油钻头(简称仿生石油钻头),并在普光D-103井须家河组层段进行现场钻进试验。试验结果表明:仿生石油钻头与在须家河层段发挥平稳的三牙轮钻头相比,钻进速度更高、使用寿命更长、整体性能更稳定。

Abstract:

The hardness of rock, strong grind and break of drill bit, and hard/soft interlayer formation are all factors to slow down the drilling speed, shorten service life of the drill bit, resulting in long drilling cycle. Soil animals may provide inspirations to solve such problem as they can dig hole on the ground effectively. The coupling bionic theory, the non-pressure immersion method, hot pressing and welding methods are used in the design and manufacturing of ternary coupling bionic impregnated diamond oil bit (called bionic oil bits). Three parameters, including bionic non-smooth structure, material and the whole bit structure, were considered in the design and manufacturing. Drilling text of the bionic oil bit was conducted in Puguang D-103 Wells. Test results show that the penetration rate and service life of the bionic oil bit are higher than tricone bit, and its performance is stable.
