Traction control method for full hybrid electric vehicle

Abstract:

Hierarchical traction control method for full hybrid electric vehicle was proposed.In the top layer,target driven torque generate strategy based on dynamical sliding mode control was proposed;In the bottom layer,several strategies were proposed such as motor torque individual control strategy,coordinate control strategy of engine and motor based on torque dynamic coordinate control,and pattern recognition logic.At last,simulation and hardware-in-loop test platforms were built.Test results show that the proposed method can control slipped wheels quickly,accurately and smoothly to improve starting performance,accelerating performance,and driving stability of hybrid electric vehicle.
