Control principle of high-order aspherical machining by CNC tangent method

Abstract:

A new control principle of the rate interpolation for three axes linkage was specifically studied in application of the CNC tangent method to the high-order aspherical surface machining process.In the theory,time setting by the electrical cam(ECAM) and PVT control mode were applied,and HMM(Hidden markov model) was introduced.The introduction of HMM which is decoded by vitebi algorithm can compensate the tracking error in the best status switch and realize forecast compensation.All these measures will control the velocity monotonously and continuously,and can increase the seal surface accuracy.Using HMM to realize speed-servo and improve machining accuracy is a new attempt in the field of CNC control technique,and it will open up the development potential for the automatic control technique.
