Grinding process control algorithm based on ANFIS

Abstract:

Grinding process is a key link of mineral process,which costs the large investment,occupies more resources,and the ore size which is its output is an important indicator of the follow-up process.This paper is concentrating on characteristic and the development status of grinding process,concluding the classification of fuzzy control rules,and establishes the different control model for control objects by the ANFIS.Also setting a control model in using the ANFIS on controlling different objects in grinding process.Self adjusting,adjusting control parameters,accommodating in a variable condition and a control circumstance in a dynamic changing had been occurred too.By comparing simulation results,This Algorithm can not only use the existing control rules,but also automatically adjust the parameters by adaptive features,that improve the control precision and the real-time of the control.
